6. Writing a compliance report

Whatever the result of your compliance analysis, you need to draw up a compliance report. This report can take any form, be more or less detailed... It should enable you to :

• justify your action to the authorities who will be carrying out the checks;

• reuse your work for compliance analyses of other substances used in the same process, or for the same substance but with an SDSe from a different manufacturer and/or importer.
