4.1 Inform your co-contractor in writing
The legislator has expressly provided for a written document as part of the information obligation linked to the sale of land affected by the operation of an ICPE. No written document is required in other cases, but it is strongly recommended to provide one, in order to keep a written record. The items concerned are :
information brought to the attention of your co-contractor ;
receipt of this information.
In practice, it is customary to materialize this information by inserting a clause in the contract under which the parties record the information exchanged and the documents delivered.
