1. Implementation of the management plan

The management plan is implemented in three situations:

• when a classified facility ceases activity, with or without a change of use;

• for projects to rehabilitate former industrial sites (excluding classified facilities);

• when an incompatibility between the state of the sites and environments and their use has been identified at the end of the EMI process.

The management plan therefore covers the site itself. However, where incompatibility between the state of environments outside the site and their uses is identified, the management plan may extend beyond the site itself.
