What's the difference between the single risk assessment document and the health and safety notice required by ICPE regulations?

The ">health and safety notice

It forms part of the application for authorization to operate an ICPE. It must be attached to all permit applications.

This notice ensures that the "health and safety" of workers has been taken into consideration by the applicant, and that the choices made in the design of the installation, as set out in the project, meet legislative and regulatory requirements in terms of employee health and safety.

It therefore intervenes upstream of the start-up of the risky business.
