Employer

The natural or legal person who entered into the employment contract, and who assumes power of control and management over the employee, as well as obligations towards social organizations.

Operator

Natural or legal person, under public or private law, holder or applicant of the authorization to operate.

Individuals

A person as a subject of law, as opposed to a legal entity.

Legal entity

Group with a legal personality enabling it to hold rights and obligations, as opposed to a natural person.

Proportionality principle
