4. In this complex organization, what are your obligations?
If your installation is affected, you will need to install :
your "own organization" (for example: a POI if you have a "Seveso II" high threshold facility, a PUI if you have a nuclear facility);
and measures corresponding to the general and specific provisions of the ORSEC system (e.g.: a PPI if your facility or a neighboring facility with an influence on yours is "Seveso II" high threshold).
If the measures corresponding to the ORSEC plan (including the PPI) are restrictive for you, they will be imposed by prefectoral decree.
