2. Who's concerned?

Today, you are concerned by the emergency plan or ORSEC mechanism, if your installation constitutes a "fixed technological risk" induced by :

• a nuclear facility ;

• an ICPE AS (With Servitude) "Seveso II" high threshold ;

• underground gas storage ;

• a large dam;

• an infrastructure for the transit of hazardous materials;

• an establishment handling highly pathogenic micro-organisms;

• a high-risk site, by decision of the prefect (you will then have a specific request in the prefect's operating authorization order).
