Can the inspectorate visit a classified facility at any time?
Environmental inspectors may visit classified facilities under their supervision at any time. These visits do not constitute searches or home visits within the meaning of Code de procédure pénale . They can therefore be carried out day or night, without the inspector needing to inform the public prosecutor.
