5.1 Establish a relationship of trust with the environmental inspector
To build up a relationship of trust with the environmental inspector, you need to inform him or her not only of accidents or incidents, and as soon as possible, but also of proposed changes to your activity, the benefit of prior rights resulting from changes to the nomenclature, the results of sampling and analysis, and so on.
In return, you can ask to have a dialogue with the environmental inspector, particularly before submitting your authorization applications.
