4. Identify recipients

The health and safety notice and the Single Document are intended for different audiences, although both include the CHSCT or employee delegates.

4.1 Health and safety notice

The main addressee of the health and safety notice is the prefectoral authority, which must decide on the request submitted to it. It is also submitted to the CHSCT for its opinion, or, in its absence, to the employee delegates.
