3.1 Health and safety notice

ICPE regulations stipulate that the application for authorization to operate a classified facility must include "a notice concerning the compliance of the planned facility with legislative and regulatory requirements relating to the health and safety of personnel".

The health and safety notice generally contains the following information:

  • general description of activity(ies), personnel present on the installation site (numbers, status), working hours, personnel representatives, facilities, premises, sanitary installations, general organization of the site;
