6. Mistakes to avoid

6.1 Don't neglect the Document unique

A non-existent or inadequate Single Document exposes you to criminal prosecution. This is a fifth-class contravention punishable by a fine of 1,500 euros. What's more, in the event of a workplace accident or occupational illness, you could be held liable if you fail to produce a Document unique. The employer's inexcusable fault could be invoked. This represents a considerable financial risk, and could jeopardize the viability of the company and the assets of the manager.
