4.1 Set up regular, at least annual, monitoring of bills of material
When operating an activity, the operator must constantly monitor all nomenclature headings. In particular, he must regularly check :
it does not fall under a new ICPE or Water heading;
that the volumes of activities and/or products used or stored do not exceed the thresholds for which it is authorized or declared;
it is no longer covered by one of the categories for which an authorization or declaration has been issued.
