4. Our advice

4.1 Set up regular, at least annual, monitoring of bills of material

When operating an activity, the operator must constantly monitor all nomenclature headings. In particular, he must regularly check :

  • it does not fall under a new ICPE or Water heading;

  • that the volumes of activities and/or products used or stored do not exceed the thresholds for which it is authorized or declared;

  • it is no longer covered by one of the categories for which an authorization or declaration has been issued.
