5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't draw up a water law file and an ICPE file

The rule is clear: "classified installations are no longer subject to the nomenclature of the water law, nor to the authorization and declaration regimes that derive from it". There is therefore no need to draw up two dossiers if your installations are concerned by ICPE. Only the ICPE file needs to be drawn up.
