5. Monitor and control

The measures selected are implemented in an action plan specifying the timeframes for application and enabling short- and medium-term monitoring of the measure's effectiveness.

Effective monitoring requires the designation of a person responsible for implementation and a deadline for completion. Verification enables the effectiveness of the measure to be assessed, and any necessary adjustments to be made.
