6.1 Involve your teams
To be effective, the method must be based on group work.
It must involve all the players and not become the work of a specialist (the Safety and Environment department, for example). All participants must be involved, and feel concerned.
Group work will enable us to think on our feet, involving different departments within the company to gather their ideas for improving the system, but also to pool everyone's expertise and points of view.
