1.1 What are your responsibilities?

By signing your application, you accept responsibility for all the information given in the accompanying file (whether the petitioner is a natural or legal person).

The signatory can therefore only be a person with the authority to :

  • decide on the commissioning date of the installations ;

  • decide on shutdowns if necessary;

  • ensure compliance with the safety instructions and regulatory requirements set out in the prefectoral authorization order, and make the necessary corresponding investments;
