2. Characteristics of ANC wastewater
The wastewater generated in ANC comes from the domestic activities of residents of individual dwellings, and includes all black water and household wastewater. It does not include rainwater or runoff from the plot, or from commercial or industrial activities that may take place in certain homes.
2.1 Quantity and quality of ANC wastewater and typical variations
Whether in the context of collective or autonomous wastewater treatment, the volume and load of domestic wastewater generated by the population served are subject to daily, weekly and seasonal variations of varying degrees
