2.1 Approaches, methods and tools

To give us a clear idea of the scope of our work, we have used an overview of the breakdown into production systems, approaches, methods and tools presented by BFN Conseils for continuous performance improvement. This breakdown is by no means exhaustive.

It should be noted that we are focusing here only on those elements that are part of a performance improvement logic. Figure 5 shows all the elements explained in the rest of the article.
