4.1 Welcoming all guest speakers
As a user company, you must welcome personnel working on your behalf and inform them in particular about :
risks specific to your business ;
the chemicals present on your site and the risks they entail;
traffic flow, warning and evacuation systems;
risks linked to co-activity when subcontractors are involved (see next section).
This reception, also known as induction, must be carried out for everyone who comes to your site, including visitors.
