1. Identifying subcontractors and temporary workers
Before you can manage your subcontractors and temps, you need to know who they are.
For subcontractors, you can :
list the companies you work with;
specify the activity in which this company works for you ;
carry out a survey of the company, including its level of expertise, reputation, certifications, etc.
Grouping by activity family can be useful for :
know where these companies operate (on your site, off-site, abroad...);
define the subcontractors you work with most ;
assess the percentage of subcontracted activity (you can calculate the ratio between your company's total sales and sales to subcontractors)....
