5. Monitoring and evaluation

You can monitor your temporary workers and subcontractors through :

  • on-site audits by including them in your audit programs, in visits by the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee; you can also audit your subcontractors on their own sites as part of second-party audits;

  • indicators.

These indicators can be broken down into :

  • number of talks ;

  • number of reports of incidents, dangerous situations ;

  • participation rate in analyses of accidents, incidents and hazardous situations ;

  • number of hours worked ;

  • number of preventive actions ;

  • frequency rate...
