You can monitor your temporary workers and subcontractors through :
on-site audits by including them in your audit programs, in visits by the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee; you can also audit your subcontractors on their own sites as part of second-party audits;
indicators.
These indicators can be broken down into :
number of talks ;
number of reports of incidents, dangerous situations ;
participation rate in analyses of accidents, incidents and hazardous situations ;
number of hours worked ;
number of preventive actions ;
frequency rate...
