3. Ensure medical surveillance of employees working for user companies
If your employees are working on a customer's premises and the prevention plan, drawn up in writing with the user company, indicates that your employees will be exposed to certain risks, you must agree with the user company whether this exposure requires additional examinations related to the nature and duration of the work. These additional examinations are carried out by the user company's occupational physician on behalf of the external company (article R. 4513-11 of Code du travail ). The results are communicated to the company's occupational physician, notably with a view to determining the employee's medical aptitude.
