5. Ensure that the prevention and protection measures you have put in place are effective

When the occupational physician determines that there is a risk to employee health, he or she proposes measures to protect it in writing, giving reasons and details.

Under no circumstances are the results of individual examinations carried out by the occupational physician passed on to the employer. However, the employer may receive information in collective form in order to determine the preventive measures to be implemented if necessary.
