5. Conclusion

The homogenization method presented in this article enables us to account for the "added mass" effects that characterize fluid/structure interaction in tube bundles. It thus has numerous potential applications for analyzing the dynamic behavior of fluid-coupled tubular networks, in cases where the stress applied to the system does not come from the flow itself.
