9. Conclusion

The choice of a machine tool is not necessarily the result of a strictly objective approach, but rather is often a matter of judgment determined by specific considerations and situations. Many factors determine and complicate the decision-making process. In this context, the starting point when choosing a machine tool is to consider that the general technical requirements (type of part, type of material machined, output, volume, geometric and dimensional requirements, budget, etc.) are perfectly understood. Failure to do so may considerably penalize the investment over time, and therefore the company's technical and economic profitability. Ultimately, the choice of a machine tool is the result of a clear and objective vision:
