6. Our advice

6.1 Take advantage of grants and subsidies for heating and cooling networks

To finance connection work, since 2021 it has been possible to combine lump-sum grants from ADEME's heat fund with energy saving certificates (CEE).

Since September 2022, the new "Coup de pouce chauffage des bâtiments résidentiels collectifs et tertiaires" scheme has enabled the CEE premium for connection to a heating network to be increased for the following types of building.

For commercial buildings:

• with a surface area of 7,500 m ² or less, the CEE package is set at 11,000,000 kWh cumac ;

• with a surface area of over 7,500 m...
