3. What subcontracts need to be drawn up?

The type of contract to be drawn up depends, once again, on the scope of the services to be subcontracted. In other words, there are as many contract options as there are choices. In this guide, we propose two models designed to meet the standards and requirements of the energy transition. These are the energy performance contract, on the one hand, and, more specifically, the operation and maintenance contract, on the other.

3.1 Energy Performance Contract (EPC)

We must prioritize employee comfort—and thereby their productivity—without causing excessive energy consumption. The CPE is one way to achieve this goal.
