2. AGEC Act: what for?
loi AGEC for a circular economy is a strategy for managing and preventing waste production in general, and bio-waste in particular. It encourages the reduction and reuse of waste, and hence the need to sort it before disposal. The sorting at source requirement imposed by this law applies to all citizens from 1 er January 2024. It applies to both individuals and businesses, regardless of the quantity or volume of waste produced.
