4.1 Compliance of new installations

This inspection is provided for in article 3 of the Order of April 27, 2012 on the terms and conditions for carrying out the inspection of installations.

It is carried out through Spanc's verification of the application file for the installation of a non-collective sanitation system, which must be submitted to the local authority by the owner wishing to install an individual sanitation system.
