6.1 Mandatory visit report

The decree of April 27, 2012, specifies that at the end of the inspection, the local authority must draw up a visit report in which it records the observations made during the visit, and which includes the first name, surname and capacity of the person authorized to approve the document, as well as his or her signature.

In particular, this document sets out :

• recommendations to the owner on accessibility, maintenance or the need for modifications;

• the date of the inspection ;

• the list of inspected points ;

• an assessment of the dangers to human health and the proven risks of environmental...
