8.1 Provisions from the Energy Transition Act
Several interesting provisions are contained in the Energy Transition for Green Growth Act. The aim is to create a favorable environment for the development of waste recovery. Thus, the following is planned:
that the materials used by the State and local authorities for road construction projects are sourced from the reuse or recycling of construction and public works waste (but rather from public works waste): 50% in 2017, then 60% in 2020;
