8. Parking lot

The following provisions apply to covered parking lots with a surface area of over 100 m 2 .

  • News

    If the parking lot is partially open to the public, it must comply in its entirety with the so-called "PS" rules. This is a new regulatory text governing covered parking lots open to the public. This new official text introduces a number of new definitions that may enable a parking lot to be put together differently:

    • parking lot: a covered facility with a floor, roof, terrace or covering of any kind. It is intended for the storage of motor vehicles and their trailers. The upper floor or terrace may also be used for vehicle storage;

    • Mixed parking lot: car park with superimposed parking levels...
