9. Conclusion

As scaffolding becomes ever more efficient, with increasingly precise regulations ensuring greater safety, it has become a genuine construction aid. Despite this, many accidents still occur. To reduce this risk (General principles of prevention), it is imperative that all those involved are aware that they need to be trained in design, erection, use, operation and dismantling, not forgetting maintenance - in other words, in the complete cycle of use and life of scaffolding.
