4. DRT 2005 and July 13, 2006 circulars
The regulations governing scaffolding, as listed above, are extensive. In order to shed light on more recent texts, we analyse here two founding texts: DRT circular 2005/08 of June 27, 2005 relating to the decree of 1 September 2004 and the order of December 21, 2004, and the circular letter of July 13, 2006 supplementing the circular of June 27, 2005 and the order of December 21, 2005.
