5. Scaffolding compliance
All the referenced documents and national standards specify the minimum technical requirements for these scaffolds in terms of type conformity.
Compliance with these technical requirements can be achieved by the manufacturer in two ways:
manufacturer self-certification;
third-party certification.
5.1 Self-certification
The manufacturer certifies, under his sole responsibility, the conformity of his equipment to the standards and reference texts, and must present to any legal claimant a technical file including :
