2. Regulatory and institutional framework
Although the deployment of experimental mini-grids does not necessarily require a specific framework, this is no longer possible in an industrial deployment context. While the questions that arise are the same regardless of where the mini-grid is developed, the answers obviously depend on the local legal and regulatory framework.
We can therefore distinguish between two types of network: minigrids located exclusively on private property and those located partly on public property.
2.1 Private domain
