4. Cloud Storage architectures
As we have seen in the preceding paragraphs, there has been no revolution in the hardware architectures used to build Cloud Storage. They make use of existing hardware technologies, but above all benefit from software developments that have developed rapidly with the arrival of Web 2.0. Indeed, the main implementations use a system of load balancing on several standardized x86-type servers, as we shall see in this section.
4.1 Data distribution techniques
