8. Step 5: Recipe

8.1 Process

The recipe takes place in two phases (figure 14 ):

  • an acceptance phase, during which the customer acquiring the software products and associated services verifies that all the components ordered, as set out in the contract, have been delivered; in this phase, the delivery note is simply checked for completeness;

  • a qualification phase, during which the customer-user checks that all delivered components function correctly and meet functional and technical specifications.
