Records management, archiving
Systematic organization of the creation, use, maintenance and final disposition of binding documents, in line with administrative, regulatory, financial and societal needs and responsibilities.
Authenticity
Character of a document that can be proven to be what it purports to be, that it was actually produced or received by the person claiming to have produced or received it, and that it was produced or received at the time it purports to have been produced or received.
Archival authority
Archival services and institutions or other structures responsible for programs to select, collect, preserve, make available and control the destruction of archives.
