Clustering
Method of grouping items with common characteristics into clusters.
Correlation; Correlation
A correlation is the link between variables. In recommender systems, items may be correlated by intrinsic characteristics or by user evaluations. Users may be correlated with each other for social reasons, or by the similar evaluations they have produced of sets of items.
CRM Customer Relationship Management
A set of techniques and tools for collecting and processing data relating to the market segment's customers or prospects, in order to improve service and build customer loyalty.
