5. Conclusion
Between international competition, which relentlessly pushes for the launch of "new products", and the need for safety, which on the contrary slows down the development of new products, formulation is certainly one of the best ways of reconciling the demands of manufacturers with the aspirations of consumers.
But the formulation path is not yet perfectly clear. It still requires consultation and effort. This general presentation illustrates the diversity and complexity of the technical criteria to be taken into account before a composition can be marketed that meets lasting market expectations.
