4. What are your obligations if your SA has not been appraised?
ToolIf your substance has not been evaluated at European level, you need to make sure that it is being evaluated and that it is identified as a biocide. To do this, you need to check whether the SA has been notified in Annex II of Regulation 1451/2007 for the relevant TP. To do this, consult the ECHA website (Tool Search for biocidal active substances with the ECHA search engine ).
