6.1 Keep up to date with changes in the list of SA/TP couple assessments

This is the list of biocides banned from the market. It is therefore important to ensure that the biocides you use are not on this list.

In addition, a search of the ECHA database shows you the phase of evaluation of your active substance:

• under evaluation by a member state ;

• under evaluation by the BPC (Biocidal Products Committee) this phase takes place after the Member State has sent its evaluation;

• and the commission's decision based on the BPC's opinion.

So you can see if the approval date for your substance is approaching....
