If a PB contains several SAs, the above procedure must be followed for each SA making up the PB. In addition :

  • if an SA/TP pairing has not yet been evaluated under the European program, but has been notified in Annex II of règlement 1451/2007 , the PB remains a transitional PB that must comply with national regulations until the last SA/TP pairing has been evaluated under the European program;

  • if an SA/TP pairing has been evaluated under the European program and a decision of non-inclusion has been taken, the PB is non-compliant after the SA marketing date and the PB use date have passed.
