If your substance has not been evaluated at European level, you need to make sure that it is being evaluated and that it is identified as a biocide. To do this, you need to check whether the SA has been notified in Annex II of Regulation 1451/2007 for the relevant TP. To do this, consult the ECHA website (Tool Search for biocidal active substances with the ECHA search engine ).
