You're going to identify the real uses of products within the company. This stage requires a thorough knowledge of the various processes, activities and product flows within the company. At this stage, the inventory is carried out in the field, at workstations, by observing and interviewing the main known users (production department) as well as potential or occasional users (maintenance, cleaning).
