4. How can you ensure the traceability of your system?

You'll need to keep a record of all the events that occur on your system. Your IT people talk about logs, a kind of logbook. These include, for example, address files for MSDS recipients, dates of dispatch and the MSDSs themselves. Your IT department will need to implement robust archiving to give your MSDS distribution system probative value. This will follow the principles of the current French standard NF Z 42-013 (see SDS distribution, what are the main points to be respected? [FIC 0187] ).
