3. How to draw up exposure sheets
For practical reasons and to ensure consistency, the data will be correlated with the content of the single risk assessment document.
3.1 Data sheet contents
For each employee, please specify :
a description of the tasks performed, which may lead to exposure; for example, an operator manually loads a bag of product X into the manufacturing tank; this operation generates a cloud of product X dust;
chemical products, with their hazard statements/risk phrases, VLEP, VLB etc. ;
period(s) of exposure (number of hours/day, month/year, etc.); in the case of accidental exposure, you should indicate the date, duration of exposure in minutes or hours,...
