1. How do you identify the chemical agents potentially involved?
These are substances or products, either pure or in a mixture, which, because of their properties, are classified as DCAs (hazardous chemical agents) in article R. 4412-3 of the Code du travail .
They are classified and, where appropriate, labelled in accordance with the European Parliament's CLP regulation ( règlement CE n° 1272/2008 ) on the classification, labelling and packaging of chemicals and mixtures.
